By accessing or using Geleza (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use Geleza only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
- Attempt to circumvent credit limits or billing systems
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated systems to abuse the API beyond reasonable limits
- Violate intellectual property rights of third parties
3. Credits and Billing
Geleza operates on a credit-based system. Free accounts receive 100 credits per month. Credits are consumed per AI request based on the tool used. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Credits do not roll over between billing cycles for subscription plans.
4. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI models through our platform may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before use. Geleza does not claim ownership of your prompts or the AI outputs generated for you.
5. Privacy
Your use of Geleza is governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data privacy seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
6. Limitation of Liability
Geleza is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
